Phases of the project
CDM Regulations (Construction, Design and Management Regulations) are put in place which are intended to ensure that health and safety issues are properly considered during the project development. These Phases include two major categories:
* Planning and Design stage - As it stands the project is still under design stage.
* Construction Stage - The Preliminary activities are ready to commence.
